If you’ve never been a member with us at CrossFit VFL, you’ll start here. And what a brilliant place to start! First up is a free consult with our Head Coach Nath.

About an hour, we’ll chat with you so you can let us know a little bit about you! Tell us your story and why you’re keen to start training with us. Nath will help you with making a plan to reach your goals with complete confidence – there’s no throwing you in the deep end here!

We pride ourselves on our completely personalised approach to each and every member who walks through our door. Starting off with the free consult means we get to know the most we can about you so that we can tailor your training to best suit your needs.

This is a no pressure meet and greet with someone who’s been in the industry for over 20 years (we hate the thought of somebody being tricked into something they didn’t want or need). At the end of it, we hope you feel like you have all the info you need to make a decision on how to best hit your fitness goals. Nath will run through our intro options with you during this session and set up a plan to get you in the gym based on what YOU need – whether it’s your schedule, your budget or your family we are working around!
