If you’ve never been a member with us at CrossFIt VFL, you’ll start with a free one on one consult with our Head Coach Nath Walshe.

This “No Sweat Intro” is a no obligation 45 minute meet & greet with a coach who has been in the industry for over 20 years – so has loads of experience with people from all walks of life!

Your chat with Nath gives us the chance to listen to your needs and wants, formulate a plan that best suits you, and get you into the gym!

You’ll leave your consult with a clear and concise plan for your fitness journey with us here at CrossFit VFL.


Part-Time Membership

Our part-time membership at CrossFit VFL gives you 3 visits per week.
This is a great option if you’ve got a hectic schedule and are unsure
if you can commit to more than 3 classes per week.

Part-time membership is $45 per week.


Unlimited Membership

For unlimited access to as many CrossFit VFL visits per week as you like,
our Verve ONE membership is your best bet!
As a bonus, this membership also includes all of our Yoga, Pilates and Movement classes, so you can really get the most out of your fitness experience!
Unlimited membership is $60 per week.
