CrossFit Kids is a complete CrossFit program, geared and designed for children and teenagers and the specific developmental needs of those age groups. Our program is broad, general, and inclusive. Healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump, effectively and safely regardless of whether or not they play specialised sports. They will learn to do all these things with a focus on good movement mechanics and good fun. As a bonus there is a lot of research that indicates exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means that consistent adherence to the CrossFit Kids program can have a positive impact on your child's academic achievement.

WHEN: CrossFit Kids runs right through the school term block and breaks with school holidays. WHERE: CrossFit Kids is run at our sister building - Verve For Life, 310 Hillsborough Road Warners Bay SESSION DAYS & TIMES: KIDS - Mondays 3:45-4:30pm TEENS - Mondays 4:30-5:30pm & Wednesdays 4:00-5:00pm AGES: KIDS 6-10yrs, TEENS 11yrs up FEES: Term fees are paid in a block that aligns with the school term and on a pro rata basis during the term if vacancies are available.
